Leadership starts with you

For managers who want to lead effectively beyond cultural differences and in complex environments.

Leading means taking responsibility for setting direction and driving ourselves before we can lead and motivate others. Leadership development is a personal journey made of different stages.

A leadership development programme typically includes:

  • Assessing your starting point and defining your transformation goals
  • Identifying strengths, internal mechanisms and behavioural patterns
  • Developing a vision and a sense of purpose
  • Transforming reflection into action
  • Assessing change and adjust where needed.

My methodology combines coaching, mentoring and training tools that allow behavioural transformation thanks to the integration of learnings into work praxis. Continuous dialogue with the programme participant is key and ensured via a variety of digital tools.
